How does your commission work?
Simply put, we earn our commission from the price of the booked nights at your rental.
If we rented your home for four nights at $200, at 20% commission we would earn $160.  Please see the break down example below.
Can you break down your "Net Commission" by example?
Let's describe with an example of how the money breaks down in a full management situation.

EXAMPLE

Airbnb booking for 4 nights at $200/night + $150 cleaning fee
+ $800 nightly revenue; payable to owner
+ $150 Cleaning fee; payable to Stay Maven
+ 11.5% Taxes charged to guest; payable to municipalities
+ $114 (~12%) Airbnb guest service fee; payable to Airbnb
- $28.50 (~3%) Airbnb merchant fee; payable to Airbnb
= SUBTOTAL $921.50 Airbnb payout of owner funds to Stay Maven
- Stay Maven subtracts $150 cleaning fee and pays cleaning company
- Stay Maven subtracts linen, amenity and other expenses
- Stay Maven subtracts commission of $160 (20% of nightly revenue)
= $571.50 Paid to Owner
Can I cancel management at any time?
Yes. There is only a 60 day wind down period from the point of termination.
Can I hire you for just the summer?
Absolutely! The management fee increases by 10% for engagements three months or less.
Can you reduce your commission?
We can reduce our commission for multi-property owners or other special circumstances.
